Warranty
Please contact us if you need to file for product warranty. Once we verify that your product(s) is under warranty, we will e-mail you the RGA form needed to begin the warranty process.
All LED products have a 5-year warranty (details here), all non-LED products have a 1-year warranty (details here), and all motion sensors have a 2-year warranty (details here).
LightExpertsDirect.com will only accept authorized returns. You must include a copy of the RGA form with your return shipment – unauthorized returns will not be accepted. All products and packaging must be included and in undamaged, restock condition. If any of the packaging is altered, please provide a photo and description to aid in the approval process.
We will test and verify all defective product returns. Please be specific when listing defective issues. All non-defective product returns will have a 35% restocking fee. We will not accept freight-damaged product, products that are missing parts or pieces, repackaged goods, unlabeled boxes, packaging that is marked up, or product that has been used, installed, or damaged.
RGA forms are valid for 30 days. All approved warranty requests will be credited in the form of in-store credit on the customer’s account. Proof of return is the customer’s responsibility. Please keep all tracking information.
